Access to Printed Material
With online learning, access to printer material is limited and can be restricted in ensuring the most academic success and accommodation to students--especially those who learn more from doing, such as writing or drawing out diagrams. Below are ways to obtain printed materials for your classes.
Counselors are able to print out PDFs of worksheets or packets from your classes. If you need school work printed, email your counselor with a request for them to print out your assignments. You will then be able to pick up materials during school hours. If emailing your counselor is intimidating, fear not! Here is an email template you can copy and paste.
Local libraries allow for free print jobs! This requires an all-access library card--which is free with an application. This link provides the procedure to request a print job which is simply uploading documents from your device for a library staff person to print. After scheduling a pick-up appointment, you will be able to pick up whatever you need printed.
